At Tabassum Mughal, we are committed to delivering the highest level of service and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. While our general policy does not allow for returns or exchanges on regular orders, we do offer conditional exchanges in the event of quality issues with your product.
Please note that our return and exchange policy does not cover unstitched collections. Any concerns related to unstitched outfits will be addressed within 7 working days of receiving the items. Complaints received beyond this period will not be considered.
If you encounter any quality or workmanship issues with your product, we kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our Quality department will promptly investigate your concern and provide a resolution. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
It's important to be aware that customized or discounted orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or chargebacks. Additionally, there is no exchange or return policy for stitched lawn orders. We are committed to providing a transparent and customer-centric refund policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is exceptional.
