What are the payment options available for delivery?

The payment method available is the Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Debit/Credit).

What if the color of the product is different from what is displayed on the website?

Whilst we make it our utmost responsibility to present the clothes as life-like as possible, there might be variations considering the lighting and other factors.

What if the clothing isn't my size?

Tabassum Mughal provides a 7-day speedy exchange and recovery. Visit the nearest store, with the invoice and get your article fixed.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Unfortunately, sale items are unavailable for exchange. All sale items are marked at the discounted price and cannot be processed for a refund or exchange.

How can I purchase the perfect size?

All our product pages have size charts in inches and centimeters. With visual representation, it makes it easier for the customer to choose.

What if my package comes defective and or the wrong article is sent?

We put great care into our online orders to make sure our customers are satisfied. If you receive a damaged parcel or the wrong one, we will provide a refund or exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

You can either contact our Customer Service or email us in relation to canceling your order.

Can I edit my order?

Our orders are set for dispatch almost as soon as they are placed, you would not be able to edit it.
